Shipping + Returns
 

We have a 14 day turnaround time for jewelry, meaning it can take up to 14 days to ship your order. Items are made to order each Monday and only sent once a week so sometimes your item won’t make it to the queue until the following week.

We are a small business and take a lot of time to make sure each piece is beautiful because of our investment in time and supplies, we are not responsible for lost packages, and are unable to issue a refund for lost, stolen or damaged packages. There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Carteo does not have any control over customs, taxes and duty fees in these other countries and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Carteo only offers exchanges within 14 days of the date your item is shipped. Please email us to request an exchange. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your exchange. Carteo is not responsible for return shipping costs.

When returning items for your exchange, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Returning the items in the box you received them in works perfectly! Carteo will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your packages, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of our retailers.

All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and no exchanges or returns are available for custom pieces.
